The unit has neutral colors, tile floors, crown molding, white Kitchen with granite counter tops & tumbled tile backsplash, side by side refrigerator and is well equipped. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets and 2 full baths with tub/shower combo. This condo is fully furnished, light and bright and is close to shopping, eateries, fishing, Moody Gardens, etc. We are Pet-Friendly (Small-Med) on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee.

Nightly Rate...$125-$175/night + 15% Tax + $65 housekeeping

Weekly Rate..$800-$1100 plus 15% Tax + $65 housekeeping

Winter Texans/Snowbirds Monthly rates $1000 to $1500

15% Tax on all rentals Deposits vary depending on length of stay ranging from $100-$500. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund Deposits for Cancellations with in 30 days of planned arrival. A $100 cancellation fee will apply. Circumstances beyond our control such as a Hurricane you will be refunded or receive a prorated refund off your rental rate. Cleaning Fees will be added to the rental rate $65.00 Check in 3pm check out 12 noon Pets case by case with non refundable pet fee
