Crystal Beach Gulf front cottage

Seascape is a 2 bedroom front row beach cabin with a large deck that has a "California Shade" where you can sit & swing and watch the dolphins play. You can watch the Cruise ships come and go from Galveston and the shrimp boats catch your dinner. The deck also has two picnic tables, deck chairs and a charcoal grill for your pleasure. If you are stressed in your daily life, this is the place for you. The cabin is squeaky clean, sleeps 10 people comfortably and has a fully equipped Kitchen. The great room has a full view of the Gulf so you are never far from the therapeutic value of the sight & sounds of the ocean. We allow pets(1-2 small dogs) with a non refundable fee . We also allow smokers but make sure it is "fresh" for the non smokers as well.

RATES & INFO

Winter rates (Labor Day-May 1st) $900 week--$500 weekend

Summer Rates (May 1st -Labor Day) $1300 week --$600 weekend

Pets are welcome with a $75 non refundable fee but we limit it to 1-2 small dogs unless otherwise agreed to.Smoking is permitted.There is a $300 cleaning & security deposit that is returned to you by mail if the cabin is clean & undamaged when you leave.We require half of the rent within 7 days (a check is fine for this) and the other half is due in cash on arrival.
