High Season ( December 1 - April 30): $1,800.00/week

Low Season (May 1 - November 30): $1,200/week

Discounted rental rates available for stays longer than one week.

We collect a $500 security deposit, which may be refunded after your stay, provided that there is no damage to our vacation home. Cleaning fees are included in the weekly rate. Weekly rates do not include taxes of 11.5%. Reservations made with a credit card will incur a 2.9% transaction fee.
