Tired of winter? If your dream is to jump onto your boat (or rented boat) run out to beautiful clear blue water, this is the vacation house for you. Just minutes from Sombrero Reef, it is the most beautiful snorkeling/sCuba diving in the Florida Keys, the house has a 50 foot dock, a nice deep canal with huge Tarpon just swimming up to the dock. We even have a Manatee swimming in the canal from time to time. One was born in this canal 2 years ago. At the end of the canal are the "flats" that you can lobster hunt or Fly fish. If the beach is for you, Sombrero Beach is just two minutes by car and a 5 minute bike ride. The house has all the comforts of home at your fingertips.

The Master bedroom has a Master bath, a king size bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR. the other bedroom das a queen size bed and a TV. The last bedroom just off of the living room has another queen size bed, TV and a spare cot. The Kitchen has all the amenities. By the way, Marathon has an excellent hospital, an airport and many excellent restaurants nearby. So if you need a real vacation to relax, catch your breath, of just chill on the dock, this is the house for you!

Cleaning is $200.00 per month. A $1000 deposit is required to hold the property plus a signed contract. A $500 damage Deposit and i will do a credit check. This is a Quiet canal home and we have very watchful neighbors. To make a reservation please call 609-927-0018 days, and 609-214-0275 evenings . No college students ever!This house is for family re-unions and responsible adults.We have a policeman living on this canal and will not tolerate parties. The county does charge a 11.5% tax
