High Season - January, February, or March..... $2500/per month

Off Season - April 15 through December 30 $2000/per month

$500 Security Deposit, $200 Cleaning Fee

The $500 Security Deposit is used to repair any damages to the property or objects pertaining to the property. It is fully refunded if everything is returned in good condition. Utilities are included in your monthly rent amount up to $125 dollars combined (water & electrical). If the amount goes above $125 the tenant in responsible for paying the difference. The $200 Cleaning fee is a one time cleaning fee in addition to the security deposit to help clean the property after the tenant has left. If the property is left clean, the cleaning fee will also be refunded.
