Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly decorated (2008) duplex is situated on a 100' wide canal with a 37' step-down dock. We have a covered fish cleaning table and freezer handy for your fresh catch of the day. The unit is located in the beautiful community of Key Colony Beach, Florida. The Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean are minutes away. Enjoy fishing, golfing, swimming, snorkeling, lobstering and relaxing. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Included is the Cabana Club membership with a large heated pool and white sandy beach that will make your vacation complete. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail relaxing on the tile, canal front balcony. Don't forget your camera for capturing the beautiful sunsets.
