An outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are right out your door. Supervised kid’s activities are planned during each weekday. Our central location is only a half mile to a full service grocery store, restaurants and shopping on Periwinkle Way.

We’re convenient to the famous "Ding Darling" Nature Center and we have door to door service by "Adventures in Paradise" trolley eco-tours and sunset cruises. Paved bike paths outside Pointe Santo will lead you all the way to Captiva and anywhere on Sanibel.

The Living and Dining room set is from Ethan Allen and there is new (2007) carpet in all rooms. There is new Master bedroom and patio furniture. The Kitchen features Corian counters, eat-in center island, and every appliance you could wish for; it's ideal for making snacks and everything from a light breakfast to a full dinner. Treat yourself to fresh Gulf shrimp on the outdoor gas grills!

We are located on the 3rd floor, with a view of palm trees, the nature pond, and the Gulf. There is an elevator and grocery cart. We request a $400 deposit at time of booking. Balance due is requested 30 days prior to your arrival. Note: Travel insurance available as an option. Above rates do not include $35 booking fee & $45 linen service and 11% tax Cancellation Policy... No charge if at least 90 days before arrival. If you cancel within 1 to 90 days of your reservation, no refund unless we rent out the unit to someone else.
