Pointe Santo de Sanibel is unmatched on the Island in amenities, luxury and a welcoming ambience. The beach is directly adjacent to the grounds, where lounge chairs are provided for your use and relaxation. The shelling is superb and the sunsets breathtaking. Supervised Children’s activities take place Monday through Friday in the Clubhouse and ice cream parties are frequent. Volleyball on the beach is a popular activity for all ages. Our building has an elevator and designated parking is conveniently located along with additional parking for your guests as well as bike racks. Wireless Internet access is available in our unit while wired access can be found in the Clubhouse. Barbeque grills are provided for your pleasure and Tiki huts are available for your use as well. There are two golf courses on the island within a mile or so.

Summer: May 1 to Nov 20, 2011 - $1200/week

Thanksgiving week: Nov 20 - 27, 2011 - $1650/week

Holiday: Dec 18 to Jan 1, 2011 - $2500/week

Rates does not include Florida Taxes of 11%

Payment Policy: U.S. Dollars Visa, Master Card, AmEx accepted. 11% tax added to all rental fees. $35 nonrefundable reservation deposit plus 10% or $200 deposit. Cancellation Policy: Within 90 days, deposit is returned less the $35. If the unit is rebooked for the cancelled time, your deposit will be returned less a handling fee. Rules: No Pets. No Smoking. Please respect your neighbors. No loud parties. All garbage bagged and carried to designated areas at checkout. Rules regarding checkout procedures will be posted at the unit.
