Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath marina front condo: Enjoy the marina and watch the sailboats come and go from our first floor screened lanai. We are footsteps from the breathtaking one mile long walking path that circles in and around the marina for stepping out to enjoy the terrific Florida weather, or just taking in the sights of the beautiful array of boats, birdlife, or manatees. This sophisticated, clean, secure community is located in a very serene and peaceful area of Florida. It's located waterfront on Burnt Store Marina, the largest sheltered deep water yacht harbor south of Tampa!! Bring your boat, or just rent one here, as we are just a moment's access to all the recreation that Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf Of Mexico have to offer...directly on the Marina in front of "P" dock. It is a fisherman's paradise!

We are also a short distance from fun in the sun on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well. Our condo is graciously appointed with a contemporary design, that comfortably accommodates 6, in 2 bedrooms and a den, and 2 full baths. This spacious open floor plan has a very large comfortable living and dining area, with an open kitchen. Each bedroom and the living area offers their own television, reading areas, and internet hookup is also available. There is a secured 2 car garage right off the kitchen, for easy access when coming and going. We have completely equipped our waterfront paradise with everything you'll need to enjoy living, cooking, entertaining and just plain having fun!!

For your convenience, we have provided a golf cart and 2 bicycles, and the community facilities include 2 heated pools, hot tubs, a terrific health club, tennis courts, and an executive golf course!! There is also shopping dining, and boat fuel available just moments away at the marina dock. We're dog lovers too, so pets are okay, upon pre-approval. We're not smokers though, so we'd prefer no smoking. Our association requires a 30 day minimum stay, and certainly we'd love to provide a discount if you'd like to stay awhile longer.
