Nestled just inside Burnt Store Marina on Charlotte harbor, immediate access to the inhabited and uninhabited Captiva Islands and to the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Grande Pass is available just 10 miles across water to the east. Topaz Cove is in the tropical zone of Florida where weather is usually pleasant with beautiful cumulous clouds, and plentiful sun. Daytime temperatures are usually 70 to 85 degrees in the winter, and 80s to the low 90s in the summer. A Deposit Fee of $500 is required to hold the rental. One month of rental fee is due one month before the start of the rental period and at the beginning of each subsequent rental month. A Cleaning Fee of $125 applies at the end of the rental and the $500 deposit will be returned within two weeks of the rental period if there is no damage to the rental unit.
