My "comfy" condo is a large 1440 square foot well furnished retreat right on the 5th green of a 27 hole golf course. Your membership in the Burnt Store Golf and Activity Club is prepaid so you're a part of the group from day one. Besides use of the community club facilities you get discounts on all daily golf and club amenities. After enjoying your day of golfing (or fishing or touring or whatever...) relax in my well equipped and "comfy" home. It's where I live when you're not there. I keep one closet as my "owners closet", but the rest is for you to enjoy. You'll like my neighbors and you'll enjoy your time with them at the pool or the gatherings in the screen room. We keep things nice at the Rudder Club and you'll enjoy your time as my guest.

One months rent plus $500 security deposit is required for reservation confirmation. All monthly rents are due on the 1st. of the preceeding month. Occupation is limited to four adults. A $100 cleaning fee will be collected from the deposit. Prices do not include 11% Florida Sales and Tourism Tax.
