Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine while staying in this newly decorated (2009) home overlooking a very pretty canal. The screened front porch is a nice little reading spot. Upon entering the villa to the right is the family room with flat screen TV, large comfortable furniture and lovely hard wood floors. The combination dining /kitchen area enables you to view the pool and private backyard where you can watch some of Florida's native birds. The master bedroom which has king bed with en-suite bath is located on the right hand side of the villa with a tub and large walk in shower. This bath is also accessible from the pool area.

The three guest bedrooms located to the left of the living room consist of two twin bedrooms, one queen bedroom. These rooms share a hall shower room. The lovely furnishings in each room are new and cheerful making this a charming place for your vacation stay. Afternoons spent poolside will be relaxing in this very private setting. During the day enjoy watching the Florida birds in the canal, spend the evening barbecuing and dining outside on the screened lanai with your family and watching the sun set.
Minutes to beautiful uncrowded, safe local beaches. Collect shells and fossilized sharks teeth from the beach, snorkel, watch the dolphins, fish, hire a boat or jet ski...Its all here waiting.

Close by are golf courses, fishing, water sports, and nature reserves. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all within easy reach. Venice with its famous fishing pier, Venice Avenue shops and restaurants is a 15 minute drive away.
For a day out Sarasota offers excellent restaurants, unique shopping in St Armand's Circle, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, The Ringling Museum, Art galleries and the Mote Aquarium. From Fort Myers you can take a ferry to The Florida Keys and experience "Old Style Hemingway Florida"!
Visit "Dearborn St." in Englewood - shopping for Antiques or Florida keepsakes. Coffee shops, diners, small cafes for lunch or dinner. Music and Mexican fare - or "Vino Loco" for wine and tapas. Manasota Key and it's beautiful beaches just a short drive. Stump pass nature park - walk along the Intra-coastal and the Gulf of Mexico!! Thru the winter months "Art Festivals" and "Sea Food" festivals
House is 1.5 hours from Tampa International Airport. 2.5 hours from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Fort Myers Airport.
