The owners require that there will be no smoking inside the home, lanai area. Smoking is allowed outside of home and dock. No sub-leasing is allowed with this rental. Cleaning services are available as necessary at an extra cost. Tenant must leave the home clean and neat in the same condition as when they rented. Tenant will be responsible to pay in full, electric usage, water usage, extra cable TV, extra internet fees. Phone is local calls only, use of a cell phone or calling card will be necessary for all long distance calls. A $1000.00;Booking Fee; is necessary to reserve this wonderful home. Bank certified check is necessary to this home. Doreen & Paul, will be managing the property and will be available to tenant for any necessary questions or needs.
