I could call this a Condo with 2 available units. Both are one Bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room, they are both spacious and clean. Each your own private entrance with small porch, plus you have glass sliders that open up to your private balcony overlooking the pool and Pine Island Sound.
You are so close to the water that you'll hear the waves crashing and you can walk to the small beach at the end of Oleander.
Wonderful upper scale neighborhood, with restrauants, small convience store and plenty of open fresh air.
Your own pool is electric heated with a covered lanai area. Pool is large enough to swim laps.
Bring your boat because you will have your own area to tie your boat. Minutes to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Captiva.
Small well trained dogs are allowed, no cats, snakes, birds(owner allergic to cats).
The owners require that there will be no smoking inside the home, lanai area. Smoking is allowed outside of home and dock.
