 aWithin minutes by boat you can visit Cabbage Key, Sanibel/Captiva Islands or Cayo Costa, a state park on the Gulf of Mexico, which is like having your own private beach.  Osprey, blue herons, eagles and a barn owl have all been spotted sitting on the dock of this spacious home that offers 125 feet of seawall, with plenty of room for several boats.

Chartered cruises to outer islands, a marina with boat rentals, a boat launch and great restaurants are all nearby.  This spacious home can be treated as one unit or the upstairs and downstairs may be rented separately.  Each unit has its own entrance.  The main home is located upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, an open floor plan and a deck off the master bedroom.  Downstairs is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest apartment located next to the pool.  The lanai, heated pool, and washer/dryer are common areas.
