This 2 bedroom Gulf front condo, on the Gulf of Mexico enjoys views of  the beach and island from its 16th floor balcony.  The unit has been completely remodeled (2005) with new Kitchen and both baths with walk-in showers.  The unit has white carpeting and white couch (not conducive to children).  Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony!  Each floor has a laundry room with two washers and dryers and the building has an updated lobby, workout room and a large heated pool overlooking the Gulf.  The complex is located next to a public beach that serves breakfast and lunch and also has play areas.  Its a short walk on the beach to the Marriott that serves wonderful food and drinks from tiki hut bars.   Discounts are available for multiple month renters.  We are looking for responsible adults that will treat this unit as their own home, as, prior to 2007, it has never been a rental.
