Boat slips are available for rent on the property right behind our condo. Golf carts are allowed and available for rent nearby, as well.

Across the street is a beautiful, white sand, private beach. You will enjoy access to the popular Boca Grande bike/golf cart path which runs the entire 7 mile length of the island, passing through town where you will find casual and gourmet dining and several quaint little shops. Golf courses are nearby. Boca Grande is a barrier island with a community trapped in the era of old time Florida, with no high rises, traffic lights, night clubs, a perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
