Somerset Villa is a luxurious and spacious 3/4 bedroomed, lakeside pool home with 2000 square feet of air conditioned living space. It is situated in the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles in South Ft Myers on Florida’s South West Gulf Coast. The villa is just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Fort Myers with Sanibel Island an easy 10 minute drive away. Many shops and restaurants are also nearby. Our home has the benefits of 3 large bedrooms. The Master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. This Master Suite also benefits from a sitting room that converts into a self contained single fourth bedroom.

There are two further bedrooms with queen and twin beds. This allows sleeping for 7 in total. The second, third and optional fourth bedroom share their own bathroom. With new, stylish furniture throughout, our home has an open plan living area with lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with patio doors to the large screened free form pool and deck. The family room has a full size pool table, sofa and entertainment area. There is cable TV in all rooms, plus DVD and stereo. The caged pool area has 4 loungers, patio table and chairs to seat 6 with wonderful views of the lake. This is a beautiful vacation home from which to explore the many attractions of the South West Gulf Coast.
