The complex has a clubhouse, 2 pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, pro shop, onsite restaurant and is close to beaches. The floor plan is called 'The Carlisle'. It has a Great room where the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room are all open to the lanai which overlooks a pond and the 3rd, 4th and 5th fairways. There are ceiling fans in every room to keep it cool if you choose to turn off the air conditioning. The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated.

A covered parking spot is reserved for the condo with additional parking for guests. The Legends is a private 18 hole golf course in a great location, just 10 minutes from the baseball stadium where the Minnesota Twins and the Red Sox train.
