Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the poolside deck! The residents and management are very friendly. Many renters are season regulars and gather for social occasions. It's a small complex, not crowded and impersonal. Grocery shopping is close by with one store across the street and the another just one mile away. Shopping and dining is minutes away in the quaint Times Square area. The wonderful public library right across street offers you unlimited reading possibilities and Internet access.

Golf, fishing and other area attractions are nearby. There are plenty of options to keep busy, or do nothing at all! The Island Trolley stops right outside for convenient access to shops and dining on the island. Sanibel Island is just across the water and is just minutes away. Gambling and dinner cruises as well as charter fishing excursions are available on the island. There are many excellent restaurants to choose from which offer a wide assortment of local cuisine.
