White Cap Beach Resort is the newest luxury condominium on Ft. Myers Beach, opening December, 2007. Located mid-island, Villa sul Mare is a privately owned 3 bedroom unit on the second floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Villa sul Mare has Gulf views, a lanai back porch, huge closets, laundry, flat screen TV, stereo, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and numerous other fine details. White Cap Beach resort is delightfully small and all units are privately owned. It offers private covered parking. A lovely community pool is centered between the buildings.

A small city park is located across the street, allowing easy access to the beach as well as picnic areas. The city trolley stops in front of our unit to provide easy transportation to the town center. Groceries can be purchased at our nearby store, only 1 1/2 blocks away.
