Lemon Bay 3 bedroom villa

This 3 bedroom villa is next to Lemon Bay and near the Gulf for boating, swimming and fishing. A wave-runner accessible private beach is 900 feet from your door. Fine dining restaurants are on the island as well as pizza delivery or you can walk to a convenience store. Our 3 story home is at the end of a quiet street with excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. The building is all new, just built in the summer of 2007, an Italian style villa with old world colors and finishes, covered verandas, clay tile and secure railings for small children or pets. The 3rd story is the living area and is surrounded with windows. An elevator gives access to the upper floors and the Master bathroom, with bidet, is handicapped accessible.

The home has circular stairs with safety gates. You will enjoy magazine quality living and off-street parking in front of the villa. On the bay side you will find permanent seating so you do not have to carry your own chairs. For convenience, the washer and dryer is on the same floor as the bedrooms. There is an outdoor hot & cold shower and foot wash. Linens are supplied along with bath towels (please purchase your souvenir beach towels at the local shops). There are no disappointments here. The pictures you see are actual photos of the villa. You may have a chance to meet the architect and interior designer during your stay. Ask all the questions you want about your villa named "Eron".

Enjoy quiet community living surrounded by native Floridians. This boating and fishing community is home to many affluent Floridians. You may see a few movie stars at the restaurants or beach. The community has sand volleyball, basketball court and large beach huts to stay out of the sun or the short afternoon rains. Wave runner rentals are available nearby and you can bring them almost into your back yard. There are outdoor and indoor restaurants with boat access with music and bar access for the adults. A very large state park is right down the street from your home away from home. Enjoy miles of protected beach. There is a Wal-mart on the mainland along with the usual mainland conveniences. There is a hospital in Englewood just minutes from the villa and local doctors understand that our guests may need attention on short notice.

There is a children's room with a full size bed with a Living area for the children or parents on the 2nd floor away from the 3rd floor activity. One of the second floor baths has turtles all over the place. Watch you don't tramp on one but don't worry, they don't bite! Inside and out you will stay comfortable as there are ceiling fans throughout. The BBQ grill is on the 3rd story deck. The electronic lock allows you to open or not the front entry from anywhere in the villa.

Although, Villa Eron can accommodate 10 people we have limited the number of people and their guests to 7. This is for your safety and comfort. This number of people is documented in the contract for weekly and monthly tenants. The on-Site manager does insure that this limit is not exceeded.
