Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. The home is all newly (2007) painted and furnished and is in a great centrally located and quiet area.

The home is also located minutes away from the Cape Coral Yacht Club; and, if you have a boat, you can dock it behind the home in the canal and get into the Gulf of Mexico in about 45 minutes or less. The home has sailboat access (no bridges) into the Gulf of Mexico.
