No Smoking Inside Home. Smoking allowed on Lanai and outside of home. Smoking inside home forfeits security. The Security Deposit is $1000 for monthly rentals. Payment in full is required in advance of occupancy. Deposit of 25% is required to hold reservation. Annual deposit is first month rent, last month rent and one month security. $150 will be collected for cleaning fee and pay-per-view movies. Other utiliitis are included (local calls free). Check-In @ 2PM, Checkout is 12PM (flexible depending on bookings). 11% Sales and Tourism Tax will be collected in accordance to Florida State Laws. Prices do not include the 11% Florida Sales & Tourism Tax.
