This home is ideal for large, extended, and multi-families and has a private deep water fishing/boating dock with boatlift. To our knowledge there are only 10 North Captiva beachfront rental homes. Only 2 of these rental homes have 4 or more bedrooms, Seawatch being one of them. Also Seawatch has the only available deep water dock/boat lift as part of the rental upon approval.

Seawatch, completed in 2007 is architecturally designed with spacious and panoramic views throughout. The 4,000 square foot vacation home includes numerous decks and screened porches (front & back) along with 10 foot or cathedral ceilings decorated in earth tone colors.

Seawatch has the same delightful spacious floor plan but was completely refurbished in 2007. Retreat to this beautiful tranquil North Captiva Island graced by a wildlife sanctuary and 3 miles of pristine white sand beaches, home to numerous varieties of tropical fauna, flora, and sea life.

$500 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home & within 30 days of departure: 50% of rental payment due by check and required 60 days before occupancy with remaining 50% required before 30 days of arrival. All deposits and rental payments are refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival or if re-rental of your unit occurs after your cancellation. Rental losses incurred by Seawatch/NCV, Inc. due to late cancellation are the responsibility of the cancelling party. All rental rates & availability subject to change without notice. Short notice reservations welcome when space is available. Boat Lift for experienced boaters only and with signed waiver.
