The Master bedroom has a TV/Satellite reception, the twin room is equipped for the kids with TV/Satellite reception, DVD player, VCR, books, games, movies, and even a night light. The great room has a vaulted ceiling with quiet ceiling fans. There are comfortable sofas, an overstuffed chair, large TV, stereo system, CD player, DVD, VHS, inside and outside speakers. The large dining room table has seating for 6, large counter space for cooking prep and bar seating for 6. The large screened porch has 3 ceiling fans and a closer view of Gasparilla Sound. Patio tables and chairs as well as outside stereo speakers make the porch the place to hang out after your day at the beach or fishing on the water. |

Grill out on our Weber gas grill... it's always clean with plenty of extra propane on hand. We have a private dock with a boat slip and a private fish cleaning station with running water. There is a boardwalk to the house for easy access and loading the boat. Bring your own boat or hire the water taxi for transportation to and from the island, also available for sunset cruises, nature rides, dinner excursions. Leave the "real world" behind. Our bridgeless barrier island is only a 15 minute boat ride from the mainland, yet when you get there, the natural pristine environment is a true retreat from the rest of the busy world, with no roads, no cars, no traffic, just sandy paths and lanes to traverse the island. |
