The condo is positioned with a westerly vista directly on the Beach (Gulf of Mexico). We are minutes from John's Pass shopping and plenty of local restaurants, but not on busy Gulf Blvd. It's a 35 min drive from TPA airport. Busch Gardens is 40 min and 1:30 gets you to Orlando's Theme Attractions (Disney, Universal, etc).

discount for 3 mo block. Weekly rates after Mar are available at a

rate of $1000/wk. No partial weeks. A cleaning fee of $85 is required.

A $500 dollar deposit is required, with payment in full 45 days prior to

arrival. Internet can be connected at guests expense.
