This is a newly remodeled (2008) waterfront home - "Beautiful is a understatement". The home is fresh and clean inside and out located in a peaceful neighborhood minutes to the Gulf by boat or car. There is a new dock/fishing pier with "Green Light". We are minutes to 2 of the top 10 beaches in the WORLD. Our large remodeled pool has an optional heater. Dolphins, manatee, tarpon are seen almost everyday. Enjoy easy access to 275 to Tampa (Bush Gardens), Orlando (Disney), etc. This is our home for several weeks of year and you will see we take pride in our second home (wish it were our first). New covered deck with flat screen coming March 2009.
