The Dining room seats six and the Kitchen dinette has a view of a lake and golf course. There are front and back screened lanais and a one car garage with remote opener. All utilities are included. This rental includes a membership transfer package. This gives two people the same rights and privileges as an owner including scheduling tee time, playing golf and use of all facilities.

A $750 security deposit is required. The deposit is refunded within 30 days (barring damages) less and $75 exit cleaning fee. Full payment (U.S. dollars) with deposit must be received sixty days prior to arrival date. Cancellation: Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be received in writing. If a booking is canceled the reservation is non-refundable unless rerented.
