Redington Beach 2 bedroom Gulf front condo

Our beautiful, Redington Beach Gulf-side 2 bedroom condominium has been recently repainted and redecorated and is available at an incredibly reasonable price. Our condo is located on the first floor with a balcony looking directly at the Gulf of Mexico in Redington Beach, also known as the "Million Dollar Mile" because of its fabulous homes and beaches. Our condo is just steps to the beach and the heated pool. The condominium is tastefully decorated. It has a full kitchen and dining area as well as spacious living and sleeping areas. The large Master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath, TV, DVD/VCR and access to balcony with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Redington Beach. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath next to it. The living room has a 33 inch (flat screen) TV, DVD/VCR and stereo, and access to the balcony with a great water view.

Wireless broadband is included free of charge. The laundry room is for your private use and is equipped with washer and dryer and full of beach gear for your use. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the conveniences and the comforts of home. Our condominum building requires a 30 day minimum stay (though 2 or 3 week rentals might be possible). We are the owners and live just across the bay in Tampa, Florida and can quickly respond to your needs yet allowing you to enjoy your privacy. The Redington Beach Condo has a beautiful landscaped atrium and is very quiet and quaint with only 38 total units. The condo is also located on the beach side of Redington Beach with views of the water from the balcony (not across the street like the Royal Orleans rentals).

A $450 Security Deposit is required upon reservation. Florida & Pinellas County access a 12% Florida Tax on the rental. The building has a$50 non-refundable registration fee due at registration. Security Deposit Refunded Upon Written Request of cancellation up to 60 Days Prior to rental. It is non-refundable within final 60 days before first day of rental. Full rent and tax is due 1 month prior to rental. A walkthrough of the unit will occur within 10 days after your depature and if nothing is missing and clean, the security deposit will be returned. Deposit and rates subject to change for holiday rentals. Rates are for 4 occupants. Additional fees apply for more occupants. No sub-leasing. Check-in time is 2pm and Check out is 10am.
