Our bright, airy condo with a view of the Intracoastal waterway is located on the 2nd floor of our 4 story complex. Our beachfront, secured complex is frequented by families, "snowbirds" and couples alike. The grounds are well maintained with a refreshing heated pool,an open-air atrium, and BBQ area. Our condo offers you a wonderful home away from home. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, television, ensuite bath and large mirrored closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a television and large mirrored closet. Our kitchen comes well equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garburator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and breakfast bar. Our well-stocked kitchen utensils are there for your use. Our livingroom has a large Sony television, a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair. Our large dining room seats six comfortably. We have a storage unit on the balcony that we leave unlocked so that you can use the beach umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys. Indian Shores is convenient to many of Florida's top attractions including Busch Gardens, Disney (90 minutes), Sea World, John's Pass and many golf courses. We are 20 minutes from Clearwater/St. Pete's airport and 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation and travel insurance (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier\'s check, money order, travelers check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER). Security Deposit On arrival guests will be asked to provide a VISA, MasterCard or Discover imprint for a security deposit Cancellation Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $50 Service Fee).
