My place on the beach, “The Shack on the Sand" is not just a place, it's an attitude!  An answering machine will pick up your calls, while you are out exploring and you may use the computer go on-line anytime.  Some guests never leave the beach and some try to see everything in the area; either way the Shack on the Sand is a place to which you will want to return. We are an 8 unit building.  There are 6 units across the front and 2 units on the back of the building.  Our building was erected in the 50's as a beach front motel.  It was reconfigured and made condos in the 80's.  Little buildings like ours are becoming a rarity and ground level accommodations are even more rare.  My place is clean, cute and cozy as well as very handy to everything that the area has to offer.  There are trolley and bus stops as well as 7 restaurants within 2 blocks.  My guests joke that if it isn't in my place, you don't need it.
