The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. There is a cable television and a VHS/DVD player for your entertainment needs. Numerous attractions nearby include Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), golf, aquariums, art museums, planetarium, great restaurants, water sports, rentals, and loads of beach fun! Master bedroom has a comfortable, queen size bed with master bath attached. The great Dining/Living area has secular views from the unit and from the deck! Our tropical pool area has beach tiki tables, shuffle board court, and outside bar! The Guest bedroom has comfortable twin beds and cable television. DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT A Damage/Security deposit of $250 is required for each reservation. This deposit may be used for replacement or repairs for damage to the unit or any of its contents. We may hold this deposit for as long as 15 days following your departure while processing its return to you. CLEANING FEES A cleaning fee of $95.00 and taxes are not included.
