Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of sugar-white beaches and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of our tastefully decorated 3 bedroom beachfront condo. This offering is one of ONLY four units in a newly renovated (2007) complex, our top floor location -above one other unit- offers not only the quietest location, but also the best views! The cute, "cabana style" decor will make you smile, especially when you spot the brightly colored sea-life and palm trees adorning the walls! You will feel as though you are on a peaceful, secluded island, even though you are only 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa.

Spend a lazy day soaking in the Jacuzzi or crystal-clear pool (heated in the winter months), or show off your grilling skills in the outdoor kitchen (equipped with an oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, barbeque grill and picnic table). The outdoor breezeway, complete with a pool table, seating area, and picnic table, is a great place to hang out if you need a break from the sun's rays. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, if your vacation plans involve cooking, and there is room for 6 people to dine comfortably (4 at the table and 2 at the counter/bar.) The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private bathroom, walk-in closet and cable television.

The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The guest bath has a Jacuzzi tub, which will come in handy after a busy day at the beach. The second guest bedroom has a full-sized futon and cable television. The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. There is a cable television and a VHS/DVD player for your entertainment needs. The condo has a dual access stairwell - one by the parking area and another by the beach/pool area. There is covered parking and a gate which separates the parking area from the breezeway/pool area, providing a great deal of privacy.
