It's very private - no public beach access anywhere nearby so the beach is yours! The complex was built in 2000 and features a heated pool. The condominium was redecorated in 2007 with new carpet, paint, crown molding, linens, etc. Enjoy the beachside shuffleboard court, the tiki bar and tiki hut tables waterside with new chaise lounges at the pool as well as on the beach. The unit is just a few steps from an Intracoastal restaurant and best breakfast on the beach and many other eating establishments! A poolside refrigerator is handy to keep your beverages cold and close by!
