This beautiful 2 bedroom direct Gulf front townhome is located in the narrows of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Both bedrooms have new (2008) linens and pillow top mattress. The Master bedroom is located on the Gulf side and the second bedroom overlooks Intercoastal waterway. Living Room has all leather furniture and sliding glass door opens up to patio overlooking garden and beach. Townhome was renovated in January 2008 with new carpet, paint, and all linens. Full kitchen. Our heated pool is located right on beach with outdoor showers and grills. We are withing walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, art galleries, tennis, local coffee shop and much more. 45 minute or less drive to Busch Gardens and other attractions. Trolley runs 7 days a week from Clearwater to St. Pete where there are many festivals, shopping, restaurants, etc. Building has laundry facilities and private elevator.

You can enjoy surf fishing and skim boarding right in front of the townhome. Nearby parks have tennis, various art festivals and classes throughout the year as well as skateboarding, and shuffleboard. There is a community theatre nearby with plays and music events. Several piers and historic hotels are within a trolley ride or walking distance with music and events every week.
