Our condo is a beachfront condo and you have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony for our unit. The condo has 3 bedrooms, all new appliances, and all new furniture. The condo has a private balcony with the convenience and safety of private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). Absolutely first class - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children! The condo easily sleeps 6-8 in luxurious comfort. Everything (including towels and linens) is provided, the only thing you need are groceries (or eat out at restaurants every day) and beach supplies. Even a car is not essential because the Sun Coast Trolley will take you all the way from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops in-between for just one price! 24/7 professional property management and professional cleaning service dedicated specifically to our unit attend to any need you may have during your stay.

Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. Minimum rental period is 5 nights. Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. Payment Policies Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation and travel insurance (optional). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier's check, money order, travelers check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER). 12% FL sales/resort tax and $110 cleaning/departure fee applies to all rentals. Cancellation Policies Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $50 Service Fee and Travel Insurance Premium, if purchased).
