From our private dock you will enjoy extraordinary open water sunsets overlooking Saint Joseph’s Sound and America’s third most beautiful beach in the country, Caladesi Island State Park. Or you may enjoy a trip back in time strolling down historic Victoria Drive where you will see majestic homes built in the 1800. Then you could relax at the park by the marina or take a walk down delightful Dunedin’s Main Street where you will be enticed by a plethora of dining and shopping delights, many of which have been voted the best in Tampa Bay. Those of us who live here call Dunedin “delightful” and you will too.

The home is 950 sq ft with 108 feet of private water access and boat dock and slip for flats or pontoon boat. There is a new (2006) HVAC system and a lovely bricked terrace, and private garden. The bathroom has a cultured marble counter top, double sink, tub with shower and custom tile. Guest bedroom has two twin Park Avenue mattresses and upscale furnishings and ceiling fan.

Facing west and overlooking Caladesi Island State Park, you will see breathtaking sunsets as well as abundant bird and sea life. The Cottage House is part of my private estate located on prestigious and historic Victoria Drive. The property is across from the Pinellas Trail and within walking distance of the delightful downtown district. Dunedin is well known for award winning beaches, Friday morning fresh market, unique gift shops, award winning restaurants, and fun filled merchant association sponsored events. Money Magazine ranked Dunedin as one of the top 10 Gulf Coast communities. You will love the total life style!

Depending on the length of stay security deposits can range from $150.00 up to a full months rent for long term rentals. The current local tax for short term rentals 6 months is 12% Cleaning Fee is charged at a rate of $20.00 per hour if the cottage is not left as it was found. Max fee for weekly = $100.00 Max fee for 1-3 months = $150.00 3 plus months = $250.00
