This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with private electric heated pool has an oversized Living area on one level. Our pool and Lanai overlooks a 64 acre natural lake and we are next door to a golf course in a residential community, located in a cul-de-sac. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The Villa is neutrally decorated, and is bright, cheerful and spacious. There is free WI-FI Broadband Internet connection. The home is furnished to the highest standards throughout, it is fully air-conditioned, and has ceiling fans and smoke detectors throughout the home for your safety. There is a removable child safety barrier for easy access into and out of the pool. The landscaping and pool are maintained to a high standard every week.

FAMILY ROOM: The family room is furnished with two, 3 seater sofa's, TV cabinet with 32" cable TV, DVD, VCR. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool and lanai area. Ceiling fan. LIVING ROOM: The Living room is furnished with two, 2 seater sofa's, coffee table, table lamps, wall units, playing cards, board games, jigsaws and a selection of books. DINING ROOM: Ideally located from the Kitchen area, with six seater table and chairs, with over table light. KITCHEN: This spacious bright kitchen has a tiled floor, and is equipped to a high standard. Appliances include: Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with ice maker, Ice dispenser, Garbage disposal, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Crockery, Utensils and Kitchenware, there are sliding patio doors to pool and lanai area. ACTIVITIES NEAR BRADENTON: Beaches, Boating, Fishing, Golf, Gym, Restaurant, Shopping, Theatre, Theme Park, Waterskiing, ice skating, Zoo/Wildlife Parks Experience the legacy of John Ringling at the museum of art and circus museum. Cruise and discover Sarasota with a cruise narrated by a marine biologist. See the rockets at Cape Kennedy and a blast off if you are lucky. Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive away. Don't miss Sarasota Jungle gardens and its tropical botanical garden, animals and petting zoo. Universal Studios is a great theme park to visit, and of course Disneyworld is well worth a visit, just 90 mins. away. If you want a laugh visit the comedy club. Tour the everglades in an airboat and see the alligators. Shop till you drop just a 5 min. drive from the villa, at Florida's Prime Outlet Mall in Ellenton. Spend time at Fort De Soto Park "awarded the best beach" . Enjoy Jet Skiing, collect Shells and Sharks Teeth. St. Armands Circle, another nice place to explore. Just as important, "Relaxing" by the pool.
