This beautifully maintained retirement area is well known for its amenities ~ Blake Hospital down the street, several medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing, and of course, Wal-Mart, all within blocks. It's 20 minutes to Sarasota and its Airport, 10 to Anna Maria Island, 45 to Tampa Airport, and a short drive to Busch Gardens and Disney/Orlando. Our 1200+ square foot 2 bedroom unit has a concrete ramp at the entry, grab bars in both bathing areas, and a medical chair in the shower. A split floor plan offers privacy to the second bedroom which has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, and own bathroom. The Master bedroom is the same but with a queen-sized bed. A 9 x 23 glassed/screened lanai has a separate dining/ party area. All rooms are on one floor. The doorways accommodate a small scooter or wheelchair.
