Comfortable, beautiful and immaculately kept are just a few of the descriptions for the inside of our unit, but just outside your door is another exciting world to explore. The landscaping here is Florida at its best. Palms, ponds, walkways, our beautiful birds, and our sweet resident ducks will all welcome you with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The pools and recreation here can keep you totally content, but if you would like more - we have it.

Walk just a little further and you will leave this heavenly retreat into a world of convenient grocery stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Don't forget to check out Bealls Outlet Store (the prices are great). OK, ready for the beach now. Just six miles down the road you will find Bradenton Beach. And if you want to see it all, just drive either north or south and you will see the gulf from other angles and other beaches. I f you like water sports - we have them. If you like museums - we got it (our famous manatee - Snooty - can be seen at the aquarium in the South Florida Museum in Bradenton). The airport in Tampa is less than an hour away and the Sarasota/Bradenton airport is less than 1/2 hour away. So, come on down. We would love to see you.

A security deposit of $200 is required upon check in and is returned as soon as the property is checked for damages and/or missing items. Arrangements can be made to return your deposit on the day of your departure if you would like. Florida sales & resort tax (10.5%) is due upon arrival. Reservations will be confirmed upon a deposit of 20% of the total. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival date will result in loss of deposit. If we are able to fill the vacancy - the deposit will be returned
