Bradenton 3 bedroom with boat dock

This two story, 3 bedroom townhome is in a quaint complex. There is a private boat dock right out in back of the unit that will fit a boat up to 28 ft. in length. The Gulf of Mexico is a 30 minute boat ride from the house. If you like to boat closer, there are mangroves right outside of the canal. If the beach is what you want, the unit is less than a 10-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The unit is short walking distance to the Palma Sola Causeway where you can lay on the beach or swim. If relaxing at home is what you want, you can sit in the hot tub on the downstairs lanai or enjoy a swim in the community pool. If exercise is what you want, there is a community tennis court.

There is also a gym a few miles down the road which offers attractive deals to our snowbirds. If you don't want to leave your four-legged friends at home, bring them along. Pets are welcome. We only ask that you help keep our community beautiful by keeping your dog on a leash and cleaning up after them. The unit has only been occupied by non-smokers. If you do wish to smoke, it is permitted on the two screened in lanais.
