This 3 bedroom home, adjacent to a lake is one mile from breathtaking sunset views and miles of sugar sand beaches, on the Gulf coastline of Ana Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach. This is a small friendly island community replete with Old Florida Charm. There are no high rise buildings here and the locals take pride in their own businesses, homes cooking and music. You can fish from the popular City Pier, which features a full service cafe and where bait is available. There are some beach front parks with picnic tables and public facilities. There numerous beach access points and as well as public boat ramps.

Travel around town is made easy via a trolley, bicycle, car or even a GOLF cart. There are plenty of local bistros, cafes, taverns where the food is as great as the Gulf views. A 'must visit favorite place' is Bradenton Beach cafe... where you can taste their "combination seafood" while being serenaded with jazz and other relaxing music and at the same time enjoying the waves of the Gulf side. The best part in our home is having meals overlooking at the lake view and the beauty of green mangroves. It's like bringing the sunny outside to sunny inside!
