Beachfront condo rental on Anna Maria Island

Our La Costa 2 bed, 2 bath condo is on the first floor with direct views of the ocean from the Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area and beachfront balcony ( see attached pictures ). The balcony is screened to avoid bugs and faces the beach and ocean (only 60 yds away at high tide!) with space for a table and chairs. It is directly on the beach with access to over 7.5 miles of the main soft white sandy beach. The condo was totally upgraded by Xmas 08 to offer a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, with granite worktops, a washer dryer in the unit, new flooring throughout, and upgraded living area and bedrooms. There is a TV ( over 120 channels ) and a DVD player, in the open plan lounge which links the dining and kitchen areas. There is FREE WIFI internet access.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, an ensuite walk in shower room, separate his n hers vanity area and closet space. It has French doors, which when open offer a view of the beach. The second twin bedroom has a TV, an ensuite tub with shower and vanity.

La Costa has a beachfront heated pool with wet bar, Bar B Q, sauna, tennis court and undercover parking. There is an elevator, and a baggage cart is available. There is a restaurant / snack bar opposite, and shops & more restaurants are a short walk away. The condo sleeps up to 6 using rollaways for children. FREE ISLAND SHUTTLE ... DON'T FORGET, the Shuttle stops close to the development so you have easy and free access to all the main attractions of the Island from your doorstep. All watersports are easily arranged and there are over 20 golf courses within 25 mins drive of the island. For those of you visiting for the first time we also supply guests with extra details of recommended restaurants and other local attractions
