Located on the south side of Scenic 30-A, A Point of View is only the 4th home back from the beach. Guests walk on a short path to access the beach. There are no streets to cross. A Point of View offers guests the enjoyment of beautiful Gulf views from the wraparound balcony, or guests can relax poolside next to the private pool that can be heated in the cooler months. To top things off, the home is only a short bike ride to the restaurants and shopping of Seagrove Beach or to the world-renowned community of Seaside. Seaside is the filming site for The Truman Show that starred Jim Carey. French doors from the Living room lead to a wraparound balcony with furniture. The Living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and is equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD, and CD Player. There is also a fireplace that guests can enjoy in the winter months. A half bath is off the living room area. The adjacent Dining room has seating for six with additional seating for four at the kitchen breakfast bar.

A built-in trundle bed for two off the dining area can be utilized if needed. The Master bedroom with queen-size bed is on the ground floor. The Master bedroom has all the comforts of home with a TV/VCR, walk-in closet, and adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub/shower and double vanity. French doors lead to an adjoining screened-in, wraparound back porch next to pool. The ground floor guest bedroom sleeps up to four with one bunk bed and one trundle bed. This bedroom has a TV/VCR and a hall bath with tub/shower. The third level guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/VCR, adjoining bath with tub/shower, and a small, private, adjoining balcony.
