Our location and the charm of Mermaids always entice our guests to return year after year. Mermaids is the beach house for a fun filled family vacation or a quiet romantic getaway. Located on the south side of Highway 30A the beach access is only a short 200 yard stroll. The new bike and walking path leads directly to the beach, so not having to cross any streets makes our cottage safe for a family with children. For those who do not want to walk there is parking and a bike rack at the beach access. The beach access also has bathrooms,a covered gazebo with picnic tables, and lifeguards on duty.

This small community has the feel of the islands with tropical landscaping and lots of palm trees.  Brick paved pathways meander around the community.  Mermaids overlooks the heated community pool which has a bathhouse and two natural gas grills.  Watch your children play in the pool while you sit and relax on the back porch.

You are steps away from the bike path which runs the entire length of 30A.  You are within walking distance of the shops and restaurants located at Gulf Place.  Santa Rosa Beach is located close to Seaside which boasts great restaurants and lots of shopping.  The Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall is only a short 10 to 15 minute drive away.

The master bedroom located on the second floor has a king size bed, TV, private bath and your own balcony.  Also on the second floor is the guest bedroom which has a bunk bed with full size down and twin up.  This room also comes with a TV, private balcony, and private bath.

On the main level there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and family room.  A French door opens the family room to a porch with Adirondack chairs; a perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee while you wait for the beach to come alive.

So put your flip flops on and join the Mermaids at the beach.
