...is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with all the amenities of home. Just to the west is Tops'l State Park with 5 miles of beautiful, pristine gulf front beaches with absolutely no development. Journey's End is located in the Dune-Allen Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area on scenic highway 30-A about 9 miles east of Destin, Florida and about 5 miles east of Sandestin Beach Resort, Florida. It is 20 miles west of Panama City Beach, Florida and 6 miles west of Seaside Beach Resort.

Even though it is located in a quiet and secluded area, it is still within 1 to 9 miles of great restaurants, beautiful golf courses, water parks and fishing. The new 20 mile bicycle path goes by just in front of the condominium. The Master bath has a 6 foot whirlpool/shower. The condo accommodates 4 to 6 including children. Just below the balcony is the gorgeous white sand beach of the Emerald Coast. We supply complimentary Cabana beach chairs, umbrella and the daily paper.

Spring 2010: March 1 to May 22. $1,200.00/week, $225.00/day, 3 day minimum.

Summer 2010: May 22 to Aug 7, $1,500.00/week, weekly only.

Fall 2010: Aug 7 to Nov 1, $1,200.00/week, $225.00/day, 3 day minimum

Winter 2010: Nov. 1 to Jan. 1, 2011. $750.00/week, $150.00/day, 3 day min.

Please add an 11.5% Sales Tax to the rates quoted.

The quoted rate plus the 11.5% sales tax is the total cost of the rental.
