Welcome to "Seventh Heaven," a beautifully decorated new (2007) beach home located in the exclusive, private community of Seacrest Beach. Situated between Rosemary Beach and historic Seaside, "Seventh Heaven" is just a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast beaches and a private beach shuttle offers door to sand service. A leisurely stroll through our palm tree lined neighborhood will lead you to the fantastic 12,000 square foot swimming pool with waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses. Rosemary Beach is a pleasant walk down the street where you'll enjoy shops, restaurants, and outdoor concerts around the Town Square. Right next door is The Villages with a pizza and seafood restaurant, Carvel's Ice Cream and a Coffee Shop as well! Camp Creek Golf Course, bike paths, fun shops and restaurants are within minutes of your front door.

Especially convenient is the first floor guest suite with a queen-size bed and full bath. The second floor has a Master bedroom with a king bed and a Master bath. Walk out to the scenic private porch for a view of the Gulf. The Master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and double vanities. The kids bedroom is located on the opposite end with bunk beds and a full bath. Another bedroom with a queen sized bed next to the kids room. A full-size washer and dryer is at hand for your convenience. On the third level are two rooms and a large deck that offer views of the Gulf of Mexico. The tower room contains a wet bar, refrigerator, sofa and a table for four, making it a perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. It can also be used as a fifth bedroom as it has a pull out sofa and a half bath.

Spring Break - $300/night - $1875/week.

Spring - $270/night - $1475/week.

Fall - $200/night - $1175/week.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT A security deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check or postal money order for the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. Upon your arrival, the $500 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you within ten (10) days of your departure. No damage is done to the home or its contents. No linens or household items are missing. No early check-in or late checkout. House has not been smoked in. No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property. This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the deck. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.
