Cleaning Charge: $175.00, State & County Tax (11.5%) Deposit Policy; We will hold the reservation for 10 days after verbal confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be required upon booking the reservation. The balance of rental is due 14 days before arrival, unless other arragements are made. The security/damage deposit in the amount of $1,000 is due on the day of arrival. The deposit will be refunded in approximately 14 days after your departure.
