Grand Caribbean offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and is nearly adjacent to Johnson Beach which is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.  The property features a freshwater lake with gazebo, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue grill, and picnic area.  Nearby are many shopping, dining and recreational activities such as golf and water sports.  The barrier island of Perdido Key is surrounded by water and can only be accessed by a bridge from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama or one from Pensacola, Fl. Pensacola is within easy driving distance and is home to the Navy Flying Blue Angels who provide spectacular air shows and a museum with a simulator and IMAX theatre on the base All are open to the public.  The white sand beaches and the emerald water stretch miles and miles in either direction. While walking on the national seashore both the gulf and bay can be seen all around you. While sitting on the boardwalks you'll be watching the dolphins, sand crabs, and the blue herons in their natural habitats.
